Hi Guys!
I knew I was meant to do something last night!! I completely forgot about this blog post.. and it's not as if I was lazying about, because I did actually write a blog post last night. Anyway, let's just get straight to it;

How far along?: 28 weeks and 1 day. I forgot to write this last night :)
Total weight gain: I haven't checked in a while. I'll check on Wednesday when I'm seeing the midwife.
Maternity clothes?: No. I think I might get away with not buying any if I stick to leggings and stretchy tops. + Summer is coming so I'll be able to wear dresses soon.
Stretch marks?: Nope, don't think so.
Sleep: It's so hard to fall asleep at night, yet it's easy to take naps through the day. It's really weird.. I think we need new pillows too so that could be part the problem.
Best moment this week: Getting everything organised and ready for us moving next month! :)
Miss anything?: Still missing the sun.. we had a few nice days, but that's it.
Food cravings: Nothing.
Anything making you queasy or sick?  Nope.
Gender: Still a boy, I hope, ha ha.
Labour signs: No! I get braxton hicks every now and again, but that's not a labour sign, ha ha.
Symptoms: Eyelashes, eyebrows and hair still falling out. Itchy all over. Baby started hiccuping in my belly.
Belly button in or out? Still in. I don't think it will be long before it pops out though.
Wedding rings on or off: My partner and I are happier than ever but no wedding rings, ha ha. Maybe one day :P
Happy or moody most of the time: I'd say I'm still happy most of the time. I get a little moody when I'm tired and take it out on my partner but he's been absolutely great and understanding!
Looking forward to: Decorating our new place and then moooviiinggggg! :)

Hi Guys!
I've been meaning to write this blog post for a while now, but to be quite honest.. I just didn't have the energy.

A lot of new mummies out there might be wondering.. ''how do I know if my child is ready for potty training?''. I was the same, I had no clue. It's funny though, because you most likely will know when they are ready. That's what everybody kept telling me but obviously, that's not really an answer, is it? I'm sorry.. but I don't have an answer either. Like I said, you will probably know when he or she is ready.

William had been ready for a while, but potty training is just one of them things you put away and put away until it's necessary. Well, that's what I did anyway, ha ha.
William's been telling me when he nedded his nappy changed or he used to bring a nappy and he sometimes pulled funny faces when he was peeing. All that, to me, were signs that he was ready and I was right.
I think the reason I was putting it off so much was because he used to be petrified of peeing or pooing with no nappy on. He would poo poo or pee pee and if he had no nappy on he would be screaming and cuddling in because he was so petrified. This is quite understandable though, especially with poo poo, because when they have a nappy on they can obviously 'feel it coming out' (ha ha), whereas when there's no nappy, it must feel a lot different to them.

Anyway (before I start getting too excited with the keyboard, ha ha).. one week I decided I was going to potty train him. I knew I was going to put at least a whole week aside so all I could do was potty train him and not give him. William goes to visit his granny, granda and his auntie on Monday night and comes back on a Tuesday, so I thought it would only make sense to start potty training him on the Wednesday, which gave me up until Monday for him to get used to it a little, then it wouldn't be as bad when he's having a sleepover, if that makes sense.

I didn't use pull up nappies, I just used toddler pants. I'm sure pull up nappies can work great for other kids and they're great for when you're out and about but aren't comfortable to take your child out the house with just panties on, but, to William, the pull up nappies were just like a normal nappy, because they do still absorb pee pee.

I had a lot of panties for him. I bought them months in advance, because, like I said, I knew he was ready.. I'm just a big chicken, ha ha.
The first day was horrible! He screamed when pee pee was coming out, I had to change his panties every two minutes.. I think I spent the whole day sitting next to his potty BUT I din't give in and I was so proud of myself, ha ha.
The next day was SO much easier, it's unbelievable. He went through less than half the panties that he had used the day before that, which was great and he didn't spend the whole day sitting on the potty. He knew when he needed the potty as he would tell me, but he always dribbled a little so I had to get a clean pair of panties. It's now been 3-4 weeks and he doesn't even dribble when he has panties on and he knows when he needs the potty and he uses it. It's amazing.

I started a chart for William. I had these charts in the house and forgot about the so I started using these the day after I started potty training William. He would get a sticker for every time he did a pee pee. I don't mean just a dribble.. I mean a full on pee pee :) As you can see on the chart he made steady progress with his pee pee. He's only pooped in the potty twice (I think) in the whole 3-4 weeks. I think he's still a little uncomfortable with the feeling and he must hold it in until night time, when he gets a nappy on or when we go out a walk, which is when I put a nappy on him too.

I'm not really sure what else to say. If you have any questions at all, just leave a comment and I will definitely answer them. I'm just so glad that I started the whole potty training.

Potty training luck from Me to You,
Love, Daria xoxo

After reading 11 books on how to create make-up and experimenting in her kitchen she, in her own words, "went crazy". Next came a website, a budget and a chemist, combined with influences from American Pop Culture, resulting in theBalm.

Only £14/Month (Per Box)

Click on the picture to get yours!

It's that time of the month again, guys! And this month is box 4 which is 'Month 7 | 25-29 weeks'. I said this the last time I reviewed the box but.. the time is flying by so quickly! I will be 27 weeks on Sunday! Crazy!

This month I received two packages in one and I was really confused as to what the other package was, but you will soon know ;)

This is what I meant about the other box. Above is a picture of what it looked like. I'll tell you what was in it soon!

So, as usual, the Project B box comes nicely wrapped up, organised and presented. It's like mini Christmas every month, ha ha. The first thing you see when you open the box is the 'in your box this month' leaflet, which I, for some reason didn't include in the picture? Sorry.

Once you open the actual paper, you get another few cards inside. I like how these cards are pretty and always the same size as I was thinking about putting all the little recipe cards in a binder once I have them all, I think that would be cool, especially for when you're weaning your baby and you don't want him or her to get jars full of all sorts of funny ingredients, these recipes are super healthy!

Here's what cards you get:
*Eating Well - Like I mentioned above, I really like these, because the recipes are easy to follow, healthy and most likely different from your usual 'mince and tatties', ha ha.
*Your Pregnancy This Month - I love reading these. I've read them with William on every website I could find. The card describes your baby's size, development and is filled with information about you and your baby to be. I love it!
*Shopping Ideas, What To Buy For Your Baby Part 2 - Last months' box was obviously part 1, ha ha. This card gives you ideas of what to buy for your baby to be and explains things in a bit more detail. I like it.
*Staying Active, Yoga and Relaxation - I can't decide if this one or the cooking one is my favourite! I can not explain how much I love the fact that Project B are encouraging pregnant women to stay active during pregnancy. If you have a healthy, straight-forward pregnancy, I don't see why you should stop exercising at all. You might just make some adjustments to make yourself and your growing bump comfortable and, of course, don't over work yourself and stay hydrated. Anyway, this months' staying active is Yoga and Relaxation and I think I might try yoga, so if anyone knows any good pregnancy positions, do let me know, please :)

Moving on.. here's what the box looks like. It always comes nicely organised.

And the second box? It was non-alcoholic wine! What an amazing idea! I can't say that I have missed the taste of alcohol or that I missed alcohol at all, but this wine tasted better than the stuff I have in my kitchen! My best friend and I had a glass each the night that the box arrived and we were both happy with it. Funny thing is.. she's not even pregnant, ha ha! The things best friends do for each other, huh? :)

Now onto the products:

Bio Oil

First Impression: This stuff is everywhere, ha ha! I have heard some good reviews about this so I might give it a try.
Review: Sorry, I haven't tried it out yet. I will write a review in this space as soon as I try it.

St Eval Candle Company Tranquility Scented Tin

First Impression: I was so excited when I saw this! I love burning candles but I'm so picky and get bored really easily so I thought it was nice, especially because I didn't get to choose the scent, so I have to try it!
Review: The candle smells kind of funny from the tin.. maybe because it's so strong (it's a nice, soft smell at the same time too, though!). I haven't burnt this candle yet, but I believe that it will smell even better when it's burning. I just have that feeling! :)

Balm Balm Rose Geranium Face Balm

First Impression: When I first saw it, I was like.. 'meh.., I don't really know this brand' and it isn't until now that I will actually pick it up and try it, ha ha. I also like how it's 100% organic. I am really drifting towards organic products lately!
Review: It was something completely different to what I expected. The consistency is very thick when it comes out, but as soon as you rub it between your fingers, it turns into oil. I'm not gonna lie, I'm not the biggest fan of the smell, but that's because I don't like 'rosey' smelling products, they're just not my thing at all. This seems great for dry areas, and you can use it anywhere on your body and it's organic!

B Bloom Tea
I just realised that this wasn't listed in the 'in your box this month' leaflet.

First Impression: I was excited. I'm always excited to try new tea! :)
Review: I haven't tried it yet guys. I will post my review in here as soon as I do.

 Pregnancy Relaxation CD

First Impression: I was excited (I feel like I say this about everything, ha ha). I'm always up for trying natural things.
Review: I haven't tried this yet but I will probably listen to it tonight so I will post a review in this space.

That's it for this months' box. I really liked it and I'm excited for trying the tea, burning this candle and listening to the pregnancy CD. This box made me so excited that I actually went on the website and looked to see what the next few boxes look like and I'm even more excited now, ha ha. I feel like I've said excited like a gazillion times!
Anyway, that's it for this blog post, I hope you enjoyed reading it/looking at pics :P

Hi guys! I feel like I haven't written in a really long time. I'm so excited for when we move because I will have so many videos and blog posts I can make. From organising to decorating! Anyway, let's just get straight to this blog;

How far along?: 26 weeks today. 26 + 1 day in 10 minutes. So I will probably be 26+1 weeks once this blog goes up.
Total weight gain: Still around a stone, I think.
Maternity clothes?: Nope. I've managed to stick to leggings and vest tops for now, although my leggings look too short for me when I wear them. I think it's because they cover extra space so they become shorter? I know what I mean.
Stretch marks?: Not yet. I checked like yesterday, ha ha.
Sleep: I hate sleeping when pregnant, I'm not even gonna lie. Actually, I don't hate sleeping.. it's trying to fall asleep that I don't like and right now, every little noise seems to distract me!
Best moment this week: William pee-ing in his potty. We're currently potty training him, so that's fun, ha ha.
Miss anything?: The sun. It's away again. I feel like I'm constantly cold!
Food cravings: Not really.
Anything making you queasy or sick?  Nope.
Gender: Boy.
Labour signs: Nope, thank god! :)
Symptoms: Barely anything lately to be honest. Baby kicking, if that's even a symptom and my breasts leaking.
Belly button in or out? Still in, but it looks like the top half of it is ready to pop out. Fingers crossed it doesn't though!
Wedding rings on or off: My partner and I are happier than ever but no wedding rings, ha ha. Maybe one day :P
Happy or moody most of the time: I'm happy most of the time but the pregnancy hormones have definitely took over these past two weeks as I've been crying at the stupidest things, it's actually funny!
Looking forward to: Still looking forward to moving, getting our new place painted and decorated and throwing a baby shower! Woohoo.

(Baby Bump at 26 weeks)

That's it for tonight guys and it's not midnight yet so technically this blog post isn't late!!
